*Flat Fee MLS Listing = $495 upfront, $695 for paperwork at closing.

*Full Service Listing = Negotiable

BUYING:

*Buyer Agency Rebate = You find your home, we write the contract, represent you through the entire process AND then give you 20% of our commission back to you after a successful closing!
